Cultural Insight
Eric: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Yaara: If you want to answer negatively but without being too direct, you can add the phrase "kol-kakh" between the negative "lo" and the verb you want to use. This will mean "I don't really...."
So if you want to say "I don’t really like this restaurant", you can say..
Ani lo kol-kakh ohev et ha’mis’ada hazo.
And for a female speaker -
Ani lo kol-kakh ohevet et ha’mis’ada hazo.

Eric: And that’s all for this lesson. Don’t forget to check out the lesson notes, and we’ll see you in the next lesson!
