Here is how you write צ (tsadi):
Start by drawing a diagonal line from left to right, going down. Draw a horizontal line starting from the first diagonal line, from right to left. Write a diagonal line from the top right above the previous diagonal line and down to the left, connecting the two at the middle.
The cursive version is like this:

Last case:
Be careful, though. It takes a different shape when it is written at the end of the word.
For the final form, called sofit, start by drawing a slight diagonal line down from left to right. Close to its top from the right, draw a diagonal line down, connecting it to the other line.
