(hadeshe shel hashakhen yarok yoter)
“The neighbor's grass is greener.”

(ale) “Leaf”
יש לך עלה בשיער
(yesh lakh ale base'ar)
“You have a leaf in your hair.”

(siach) “Bush”
הוא מתחבא מאחורי השיח
(hu mitchabe meachorey hasiach)
“He's hiding behind the bush.”

עשב
(esev) “Weed”
The plural of
עשב
(esev) is
[עשבים]
(asabim)
הגינה מלאה עשבים
(hagina mele'a asabim)
“The garden is full of weeds.”
5.
פרח
(perach) “Flower”
Plural is
פרחים]
(prachim)
קניתי פרחים לשבת
(kaniti prachim leshabat)
“I bought flowers for Saturday.”
