Eric: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Yaara: If someone is knocking at your door in Israel and you don't know who it is, the common thing to do is ask "Mi ze?" before opening the door. This literally means "Who is it?” Again, note that Ze, meaning “this”, is the masculine form, but the default form in Hebrew is the masculine one.

Eric: And that’s all for this lesson. Don’t forget to check out the lesson notes, and we’ll see you in the next lesson!
