First - yes, the "masc." part signalizes that the conjugation is in the masculine form, which in Hebrew represents the "basic" form of verbs and adjectives.
The conjugation to the feminine form is a little complicated, as there's no single pattern that we could follow. Words are conjugated in different ways according to the structure (binyan), letters and origin of words.
"smart" fem. for example, is conjugated as "חֲכָמָה" - simply be adding a "ה" at the end of the masc. form, while "extroverted" fem. is conjugated as "מֻחְצֶנֶת" - which involves an addition of "ת" and alteration of the niqqud of the rest of the word.
We are working on adding feminine versions to the lessons and include them in new materials, as we understand it is an important matter. I hope that would make it easier in the future 😉
And, how could it change into a female adjective? Is it necessary to add t to the end to make it female?
Shalom, I have a question. What is the meaning of (masc.) at the end? Is it for masculine?

I see how this could be beneficial, but unfortunately, there's currently no such option.. /:
I will forward this suggestion to the appropriate address though, maybe we could add it 😄👍
Enjoy learning Hebrew!
Is there a way to have the slide show audio play the English term first, then the Hebrew? I’m much better at translating Hebrew to English, so to challenge myself it would be much better to hear the English word first and see if I can think of the corresponding Hebrew word.
