In Hebrew, קפה הפוך is indeed cappuccino and note that many times people simply use the word "cappuccino" as well "קפוצ'ינו".
Your phrase - "I like my coffee with sugar and milk" is translated as "אני אוהב לשתות קפה עם סוכר וחלב".

When in Israel, the learned the phrase "Café Afuk." Is this simply another word for "cappuccino"?

You're right about the fact that there is a mistake on this sentence, but actually it should be "ani Ohev" with an "O" (Holam) vowel sound.
The transliteration on "I love the smell of coffee in the morning" needs updating from "ani phev" to "ani ahev".
