Is there a way I can see all the comments I have made and see if there is a follow up response?

Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately there's no option where you could see all your comments, but you can get an email notification if someone replied if you check the box next to the "Email me follow-up comments to this post." text under the comment window (under the box where you need to write your email address).
