Slicha for everything.I guess that covers everthing as saying sorry does indeed makes a person a person especially so when you take the other for granted.Courtesies are indeed ultra important.

When in Israel with Sar El, we were taught to say סְלִיחָה for excuse me. Your tone of voice would tell how it is meant (sincere, sarcastic, apologetic, etc.).
